Crunchy Granola | Oil Free + GF
1.5 cups of oats (GF if needed)
1/2 cup raw quinoa (or sub for more oats)
1/3 cup almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup or date syrup
dash of salt
1 tsp cinnamon optional
Preheat the oven to 350 F or 175 C
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and the wet ingredients in a different one
Then mix everything together
Spread on a non-stick baking sheet
Make sure the granola is spread evenly and without any gaps between them (if you want those crunchy clumps
Bake for 20 minutes
Keep a close eye on the granola so it doesn’t burn!!
Let it cool to get more crispy before storing.
Store in an air tight container in a dry and cool place for at least 6 months
