Crunchy Granola | Oil Free + GF


Crunchy Granola


  • 1.5 cups of oats (GF if needed)

  • 1/2 cup raw quinoa (or sub for more oats)

  • 1/3 cup almond butter

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or date syrup

  • dash of salt

  • 1 tsp cinnamon optional


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F or 175 C

  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and the wet ingredients in a different one

  3. Then mix everything together

  4. Spread on a non-stick baking sheet

  5. Make sure the granola is spread evenly and without any gaps between them (if you want those crunchy clumps

  6. Bake for 20 minutes

  7. Keep a close eye on the granola so it doesn’t burn!!

  8. Let it cool to get more crispy before storing.

  9. Store in an air tight container in a dry and cool place for at least 6 months
