Easy Energy Balls

You only need three ingredients for this recipe, four if you want to be fancy and use cinnamon. You might also need a food processor to make, well, the process a little easier. However, you can just mash everything together with a fork or with your hands if that's what you prefer. You do you. 


My picky siblings are obsessed with these! They keep asking me to make them only for the entire jar to be gone in two days.

With all of that said, let's get into the recipe and satisfy that sweet tooth.

Easy Energy Balls


  • 1 cup soft dates (if your dates are dry, just soak them in warm water first)
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds (raw or toasted)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • a dash of cinnamon optional


  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor until they form a sticky ball.
  2. If for some reason it's not forming a sticky ball, simply add more dates.
