Matcha Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 2.5 cups oats 
- 1 cup pitted dates I used Sukkari 
- 1/2 cup cashew butter (or tahini or almond butter) 
- 1/2 table spoon matcha - I used @Tharah.co 
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 
- 1/2 cup rice milk or homemade sesame milk 
- Hint of salt 
- 1 tsp baking powder 
- 2 tbsp date syrup or maple syrup 
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder 
- Dark chocolate chunks for toppings 
Steps 
- Turn the oats to flour by mixing them in a food processor 
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until you get a very sticky and gooey dough. 
- Taste and adjust to your liking. 
- You can keep them raw (omit the baking powder) 
- or bake for 12 minutes on 350F = 175c 
- Let them cool for 5 minutes then enjoy!
