Matcha Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
2.5 cups oats
1 cup pitted dates I used Sukkari
1/2 cup cashew butter (or tahini or almond butter)
1/2 table spoon matcha - I used @Tharah.co
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup rice milk or homemade sesame milk
Hint of salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp date syrup or maple syrup
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Dark chocolate chunks for toppings
Steps
Turn the oats to flour by mixing them in a food processor
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until you get a very sticky and gooey dough.
Taste and adjust to your liking.
You can keep them raw (omit the baking powder)
or bake for 12 minutes on 350F = 175c
Let them cool for 5 minutes then enjoy!
