Pomegranate Bliss Balls

I've been making this recipe for months now! And honestly it's one of my favorite bliss ball recipes yet. Number one is my ginger bread bliss balls (recipe coming when the season is suitable) ugh. 

Make this recipe with your kids, siblings, or any kids in the family. They really enjoy making this and it's less rolling for you. Win win. Besides, it gets the kids to like healthy food, especially when they participate in making it!


Pomegranate Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp dried pomegranates or cranberries 
  • 1-2 tbsp cacao powder optional

Steps

  1. Blend everything together until it forms a sticky dough
  2. Roll in shredded coconut if you wish
  3. Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to two weeks or in the freezer for months
