Blue Latte
A creamy dreamy drink to warm you up this winter and add some color to your life using natural ingredients. Blue butterfly pea powder is all-natural originating from Thailand and Myanmar.

2 cups of plant milk (soy or rice milk work well)
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1-2 tsp blue butterfly pea powder
Coconut whipped cream
1 can of coconut cream
2 tsp powdered sugar (I used this)
1/4 tsp blue butterfly pea powder
Steps
heat the milk on medium-low heat. DO NOT boil.
in a blender, blend the milk with the maple syrup, and blue powder until it’s frothy. About a minute.
for the whipped cream, keep a coconut cream can in the fridge for a couple of hours then scoop out the sold parts and whip it with the powdered sugar, and a pinch of the blue powder to give it that baby blue color.
pour the drink in a mug then scoop the coconut whipped cream on top and enjoy!
