Pink Creamy Sauce
This sauce goes perfect with noodles, pasta, pita chips, dipping sauce with potatoes, or just spread it on bread!
Creamy, vibrant, garlicky, and you just can't have enough of it.
Pink Creamy Sauce
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup avocado
- 1 cup steamed beets (sliced)
- 1-2 lemons or lime
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper or to taste
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp basil
Steps
- Mix all the ingredients in a food processor or a blender until creamy
- Taste and adjust to your liking
- Store in the fridge in an air-tight container for 3 days.
