Creamy Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup water or plant mylk
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- +3 sukkari dates to sweeten
- 1 large ripe banana
- Decoration: 1 cup frozen red currents, banana, shredded coconut
Steps
- in a blender mix all of the ingredients above and blend until creamy and thick
- Enjoy it immediately or let it chill in the fridge
- Store in the fridge for 3 days in an airtight container
