Strawberry Cream and Chocolate Chia Parfait
I love strawberries, but I'm not a big fan of them in smoothies, but I wouldn't call this a smoothie, it was too creamy and thick for a smoothie ahhhhh so good! Perfect for layering as it doesn't mix with the other layers and make a mess. The one on the right I layered with chia pudding, homemade quinoa puffs, and the strawberry cream. The one on the left, simply with some salted crunchy almond butter on the sides yum yum yumm. I don't like to pick favorites (out of nut/seed butters) but almond butter goes well with a lot of food and can make anything taste better! Yes, anything.
