After traveling for a few weeks, I was excited to go back to my food processor and create new smoothie bowls! I still have so many combinations in my head that I want to try out, then share with you guys!
- Soft/Silken Tofu (my favorite is Trader Joe-San Organic Tofu)
- 1.2 cups of frozen berries
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- Vanilla extract
- Stevia or any sweetener of your choice
- 1/2 Tbsp. Açaí powder
- Dried Pineapple
- Sprouted almonds
- Goji berries
- Shredded coconut
Choosing the toppings is the hardest part for me. Sometimes I'm just so indecisive! At the same time, it's the fun part, and some days I wish I could top my smoothie bowl with all the toppings I have on hand! Don't ignore the toppings. Believe me, they'll take your bowl to a whole new level!
