Sesame Milk

Sesames are incredibly high in calcium, absorbable calcium for that matter! As you might know, calcium from cow's milk cannot be absorbed by the human body, and it makes sense! Cow's milk is for cows after all. That's why when humans drink cow's milk they end up leaching calcium out of their bones, ending up with less calcium then they started. Besides, many folks are lactose intolerant.

This milk is creamy and it tastes a bit like tahini, therefore, it goes reallyyyy well when it's sweetened with dates.
