Juicy Portabello Burger

Juicy Portabello Burger
Ingredients
- 2 portabello mushrooms
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp pomegranate molasses or balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp dill
- sea salt to tasteĀ
- black pepper to taste
- pinch of ginger
- Chili pepper flakes
Steps
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat
- Clean the mushrooms and cut off the stem if it's too big
- Mix in the ingredients for the sauceĀ
- Place the mushroom (soft side down) and let it cook for 2 minutes
- Meanwhile, spread the sauce on the inside of the mushroom
- Flip and cook covered for 5 minutes or until soft and juicy
- Serve with lettuce, avocado, dijon mustard, and anything else you fancy
*Before topping your bread with the mushroom with lettuce so it doesn't get saggy.
